Corporate office branding means printing your brand onto the office itself: the logo wall at reception, frosted film and graphics on glass partitions, signs on cabins and meeting rooms, culture and values walls in work areas, and backdrops for town halls and celebrations. 3 Red Media prints these at its own large-format unit in Chandni Chowk, Pune, for offices in Baner, Hinjewadi, Kharadi, the city centre and the PCMC industrial belt.
Office branding checklist, space by space
Walk through the office with your facility or admin team and tick off what each space needs. Most offices need some of each row, not all of it.
| Space | Typical branding | Print and material |
|---|---|---|
| Reception | Logo wall, tagline, welcome screen surround | Wall graphics or a print mounted on board behind the desk |
| Glass partitions and doors | Safety bands, logo, frosted privacy areas | Frosted glass film, plain, cut or printed |
| Meeting rooms and cabins | Room names, occupancy signs | Cut vinyl or vinyl on sunboard plates |
| Work bays and corridors | Values, milestones, team walls, wayfinding | Wall graphics, floor-to-ceiling prints |
| Cafeteria | Menu panels, themed walls, notices | Laminated prints that can be wiped |
| Events and town halls | Stage backdrop, standees, photo walls | Backdrops and roll-up standees |
| Building exterior | Company name on gate or façade | Flex or backlit flex in a frame, subject to building and civic rules |
Glass: privacy, safety and branding at once
Modern offices are full of glass. Clear glass walls are a real safety issue because people walk into them. A manifestation band (a strip of frosted film or printed graphics at roughly eye level) makes the glass visible and is a standard part of office fit-outs. The same band can carry the logo or a pattern, so it does double duty.
For cabins and HR or finance rooms, frost the glass from just below seated eye level to above standing eye level. People inside get privacy and the floor still feels open. Room names can be cut into the frosted film so they read as clear letters.
Working with the facility team
- Get the landlord’s or building management’s approval before anything goes on common-area walls or the building façade.
- Share the fit-out drawings so wall and glass sizes are taken from the same source as the interior designer.
- Measure on site after the paint and glass are done. Measuring on drawings alone can leave gaps at edges and corners.
- Plan fixing for evenings or weekends so work bays are not disturbed. Fixing can be arranged if discussed at the quote stage.
- Wall graphics need clean, dry, fully cured paint. Ask the painter how long the paint needs before vinyl goes on it.
Keep one brand file for the office: logo in vector format, colour codes and fonts. Every vendor (print, signage, interiors) should work from it so the reception wall and the meeting room signs match.
Culture walls that people actually read
Values walls often fail because they are a block of words nobody reads. Better: one value per wall section with a short line and a real photo of the team. Milestone timelines, product walls and “wall of firsts” work well in corridors because people walk past them slowly. Keep content that changes (headcounts, awards, team photos) on removable panels so the wall can be updated without stripping it.
Event season in offices
Annual days, foundation days, client visits, Diwali and Christmas celebrations, hiring drives and campus events all need short-term prints. Keep one reusable backdrop with only the logo, and change the event-specific strip each time. Standees go back in their bags and are ready for the next client visit.
Common mistakes
Ordering wall graphics before the walls are finished. Fresh paint and dust stop vinyl sticking well. Wait for the walls, then measure.
Using a low-resolution logo from the website. A logo that looks fine at 200 pixels wide falls apart on a 10 ft reception wall. Get the vector file from the design team.
Factories and warehouses in the PCMC belt
Plants and warehouses in Chakan, Bhosari, Talegaon and the MIDC areas need branding of a more practical kind: gate and building name boards, safety and PPE signs, bay numbers, floor markings for walkways and forklift zones, and visitor wayfinding. These prints must be readable from a distance and stand up to dust and cleaning. Floor graphics with anti-skid lamination and large, high-contrast wall signs do most of this work. Safety sign wording and colours should follow your safety officer’s standards.
For multi-floor offices, give each floor its own accent colour on wayfinding signs and meeting room plates. Visitors coming out of the lift then know at once which floor they are on.
How ordering works
Share sizes or drawings, site photos and the brand files on WhatsApp or through the quote form. You get a price and a proof for each item. Printing starts after approval at our Chandni Chowk unit, and prints are delivered to your office in Pune or PCMC.
