Flex printing in Wagholi is shaped by one thing: growth. New housing projects keep launching along the Pune to Ahmednagar highway, and each one needs site hoardings, a launch event and a sample flat, while the shops and schools that follow the residents need boards of their own. 3 Red Media prints all of it in-house at Chandni Chowk and sends it out to Wagholi sites and shops.
Wagholi was one of the 23 villages merged into the Pune Municipal Corporation in 2021, so outdoor banners and hoardings here now come under PMC rules rather than the old gram panchayat. If you are used to the earlier way of doing things, read our banner permission guide for Pune before planning roadside flex.
Planning a project launch from Wagholi
Builders and sales teams in Wagholi often ask us for everything at once, a week before the launch. It works far better when the prints are planned in stages. A typical sequence, counted back from the launch date:
- Four or more weeks before: fix the site hoarding sizes and the frames along the boundary wall. Get the RERA registration number and the approved project name into the artwork now, not at the last minute.
- Three weeks before: print and fix the hoarding flex so the project is visible from the highway while enquiries build up.
- Two weeks before: finalise sample-flat graphics: room labels, a feature wall, floor plan boards on sunboard.
- One week before: approve the launch backdrop, entry arch, directional boards from the main road and standees for the sales lounge.
- Launch day: nothing new should be printing. Only collection and fixing should be left.
Our real estate hoarding printing page goes deeper into site boards, sample flats and broker meets.
Wind, dust and the highway
Large boundary hoardings in open plots along the highway take real wind load, especially in the monsoon from roughly June to September. Flex pulled taut over a welded frame, with closely spaced eyelets and doubled edges, outlasts a banner lashed at its four corners by a long way. Dust from construction and traffic also dulls a board quickly, so dark backgrounds with large lettering stay readable longer than pale, detailed designs.
Sample flats deserve their own thought. Visitors walk through slowly and from close up, so prints there are read from a metre away, not fifty. Matt vinyl avoids glare under showroom lights, room labels can be small and neat, and a floor plan board on sunboard at the entrance answers the first question most buyers ask before they reach the sales desk.
New shops, clinics and schools in Wagholi
When a new society fills up, a ground-floor row of shops follows: grocers, pharmacies, salons, clinics, tuition classes and pre-schools. These owners need a fascia board, an opening banner and often an admission or offer flex in the first month. A simple tip for shops in a new complex: ask the builder or the society what size and style of board is allowed on the frontage before printing, because many new buildings set one standard for every shop.
Schools and pre-schools in Wagholi print admission banners for the gate and the main road, sports day backdrops and annual day flex. The school banner printing page lists sizes that work on gates and railings.
Delivery from Chandni Chowk to Wagholi
Wagholi is on the far north-east of Pune and our unit is on the far west, so this is one of our longer deliveries within the city. For a site job, share a location pin rather than an address, because new sites are often hard to find, and name the site supervisor who will receive the print. Your approval message is when we fix the ready time and a site drop slot. Fixing on hoarding frames and boundary walls can be arranged.
For a launch, send the date in your first message. Everything else is planned backwards from it.
When you have sizes or even a rough list of what the launch needs, ask for a quote; we come back on WhatsApp with rates for each item.
