This privacy policy explains how 3 Red Media (also written Red3Media), a printing business at Chandni Chowk, Pune, handles personal information collected through this website. We collect only what we need to quote and deliver your printing job, and we do not sell your information.

When you fill in the quote or contact form, we collect:

- Details of the job: sizes, quantities, material, deadline, delivery area and any message you write.
- Design files, logos, photos or other documents you upload.

Why we use it
- To prepare a price and a proof for your job and reply to your enquiry.
- To contact you on WhatsApp, by phone or by email about that enquiry or order.

WhatsApp follow-up
If you give us your phone number, we will usually reply on WhatsApp, because that is where we share prices and proofs. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. If you prefer email or a phone call, tell us in your message.

Keeping it safe
We take reasonable care to protect the information you send us, and access is limited to the people handling your job. No website or email system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as bank passwords through the form.
Your rights
India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives individuals rights over their personal data, including the right to access a summary of it, ask for it to be corrected or erased, and withdraw consent.
