These terms apply to quotes and orders placed with 3 Red Media (also written Red3Media), a large-format printing business at Chandni Chowk, Pune, through this website, WhatsApp, email or in person. By approving a proof or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Quotes
Prices are confirmed on WhatsApp (or by email) before printing, based on the size, quantity, material, finishing and delivery details you give us. Any figures shown on this website, including ranges in our guides and calculator estimates, are indications only and are not an offer. If the size, material, quantity or design changes after a quote, the price may change and will be confirmed again before printing. Taxes are as stated on the quote.
2. Proofs and approval
We send a digital proof for your approval before printing. Please check it carefully: spellings, phone numbers, addresses, Marathi and Hindi text, logos, size and layout. Once you approve the proof, we print exactly what was approved. Errors in an approved proof are your responsibility, and correcting them after printing will be treated as a new print job.
3. Colour and finish
Colours on a phone or computer screen are made of light and will not exactly match colours printed in ink on flex, vinyl or other media. Different screens also show the same file differently. Small variations in colour, between print runs and between materials, are normal in large-format printing and are not a defect. If an exact colour match is important, tell us before printing and share a printed reference or colour values.
4. Your artwork and content
- You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all text, logos, photos, designs and trademarks you send us.
- You are responsible for the content of your print, including that it is lawful and does not infringe anyone’s rights.
- We may decline to print content that we believe is unlawful, offensive or infringes someone else’s rights.
- The quality of the print depends on the files supplied. We will point out obvious problems such as low resolution where we notice them, but if you ask us to go ahead, we are not responsible for the result.
5. Permissions for outdoor display
Banners, hoardings and signs displayed in public view in Pune and elsewhere may need permission from the municipal corporation or other authority. Obtaining any such permission, and following the rules on size, location, duration and removal, is the responsibility of the customer, not 3 Red Media. We are not liable for fines, removal or other action arising from the display of a print.
6. Delivery, pickup and installation
Ready times are confirmed on WhatsApp and are our best estimate, not a guarantee, since they can be affected by job size, queue, power, weather and other factors. Orders can be picked up from our unit or delivered; delivery charges, where applicable, are confirmed with the quote. Fixing or installation can be arranged separately on request. Where installation is arranged, you are responsible for providing safe access, a suitable surface or structure, and any permission needed for the site.
7. Checking your order
Please check your order when you receive it and tell us about any printing defect or damage as soon as possible, with photos. If a fault is ours, we will reprint or repair the affected item.
8. Limits of liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost business, missed events or advertising costs. We are not responsible for damage to prints caused by weather, wind, improper fixing by others, vandalism, or normal fading and wear over time, or for delays outside our reasonable control.
9. Files and samples
We may keep a copy of your files to handle reprints. We will not use your design for any other customer. We may photograph finished work for our own portfolio or social media unless you ask us not to.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
