Vinyl printing in Chakan is warehouse and plant work at scale. Signage in a warehouse has to be read at a glance by a driver, a picker and a forklift operator. That means big numbers and simple colours rather than design. Typical orders:

- Rack and aisle labels, usually vinyl stickers or vinyl on sunboard.
- Zone boards: inbound, outbound, returns, hold, hazardous.

Chakan town, beyond the plants
Chakan is also an old market town, with a busy market yard, shops along the highway and housing for people who work in the plants. Shops, hostels, canteens and training institutes order cut vinyl lettering, glass stickers and boards. Small jobs can travel with a larger plant delivery going the same way.
Delivery from Chandni Chowk to Chakan
Chakan is outside Pune city, north of PCMC on the Nashik highway, so delivery is arranged separately and its cost depends on distance and the job. Keep a day or more of margin beyond an in-city order, and extra around festivals when the highway is crowded. A firm dispatch day is given only once the proof is signed off. Fixing at the plant can be arranged where your safety rules allow outside workers.
Plant gates often close inward at a fixed time. Tell us that time in your first message so delivery is planned to reach before it.
Numbering is worth agreeing before artwork starts. Dock doors, rack bays and aisles all run in sequences, and one wrong digit in a sequence is expensive to fix after fixing. Send the scheme as a simple table, we repeat it on the proof, and your supervisor can tick each line before approval.
