Vinyl printing in Hinjewadi follows the rhythm of the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park. With Phases 1, 2 and 3 full of IT and technology companies, much of the work is office interiors and event signage, while the streets around Laxmi Chowk, Shivaji Chowk and Hinjewadi village are full of restaurants, PGs, hostels and shops serving people who work in the park. 3 Red Media prints for both at its Chandni Chowk unit and delivers to Hinjewadi.
Office branding for new and growing teams
Companies moving into new floors in Hinjewadi often brand them from scratch: a logo wall at reception, values or product walls along corridors, privacy film on meeting rooms and names on cabin glass. These are almost all vinyl. If the office is leased, removable vinyl leaves walls and glass clean when the lease ends.

How deliveries into campuses work
Most IT campuses in Hinjewadi have strict security. Facility teams usually need the vendor’s name, the vehicle number and the number of people coming, and some need a gate pass raised a day ahead. Fixing at height inside an office often needs a work permit. Share the facility contact with us early and we send the details they ask for.
Corporate approvals take time. Ask for the proof early, get brand and legal sign-off on it, and lock the date with us only after that sign-off.
PGs, hostels and shops around Laxmi Chowk
Outside the campuses, the main customers are businesses that serve working professionals and students. They tend to be busy, practical and focused on being found.
- PGs and hostels: a clear name board with the type of accommodation (boys, girls, co-living) and the facilities, plus rules and room signs inside on vinyl and sunboard.
- Restaurants, tiffin services and cloud kitchens: door and glass stickers with menu highlights, offer panels for lunch and dinner combos. See restaurant branding.
- Gyms and fitness studios: frontage boards and motivational wall vinyl for after-office crowds.
- Mobile, laundry and grocery shops: fascia boards and window vinyl, with timings that reflect late working hours.
Traffic around Laxmi Chowk and Shivaji Chowk is heavy at peak hours, which actually helps signs: drivers waiting at the junction have time to read. A board facing the queue can carry a little more text than one on a fast stretch.
When an event still calls for flex
Company events such as town halls, awards nights and family days need large stage backdrops, and those are made on flex over a frame. They are covered under event backdrop printing; the vinyl pieces around them, like directional signs and photo-booth panels, can be ordered together.
Local tips for Hinjewadi orders
- Ask procurement early. Some companies can only pay a vendor that is registered in their system. Start that paperwork while the design is still being finalised.
- Separate floors, separate labels. If prints go to more than one building or floor, tell us which piece goes where so each bundle is labelled.
- Check the wall first. Glass-bead paint, damp patches and fresh paint hold vinyl badly. Give new paint time to cure and test a small patch.
- Watch the rains. Roads around the park get waterlogged in heavy monsoon spells, so build a day of buffer into outdoor plans from June to September.
Delivery from Chandni Chowk to Hinjewadi
Hinjewadi is north-west of our unit. Deliveries usually run north along the highway bypass and turn off towards Hinjewadi, or go through Sus and Mahalunge when that is clearer. We avoid campus peak hours where possible, since the roads into the park are slow in the morning and evening. For roadside signs, the permission route depends on whether the spot is inside the MIDC area, in a village or under PCMC, so check locally first. Across the bypass, Wakad is served the same way.
