Manjri and Fursungi are growing fast, and that creates a steady need for new vinyl: shop boards for ground-floor units, name signs for societies and glass film for the clinics and salons that follow new residents. 3 Red Media prints at Chandni Chowk, Pune and delivers to this eastern belt beyond Hadapsar.
What newly built areas ask for first
A new neighbourhood has nothing painted on it yet. Every shop owner is starting from a blank shutter and an empty fascia, so the first order is nearly always the same: the name board. Then comes the glass, then the stickers.
Shop board vinyl for ground-floor units
Most new buildings here have a row of small shops under the flats: provision stores, medical shops, mobile repair, tailors and tiffin kitchens. The fascia is usually a plain panel. A vinyl print mounted on a flat sunboard or panel gives a neat face that stays flat. Our sign board printing page covers sizes and fixing.
Society signs and rule boards
Housing societies need entry boards, visitor parking signs, lift rules and wing names. Vinyl lettering cut to size or printed on a rigid sheet keeps all of these consistent. The society committee can approve one proof for the whole set.
Glass film for clinics, salons and tuition rooms
Shops with large glass fronts often want some privacy. Frosted glass film with a logo cut out gives that, and a few lines of cut lettering on the door cover timings and contact details.
Choosing the right vinyl, quickly
| If you need | Ask for | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| A permanent name board | Vinyl on sunboard or panel | Check the wall can take the mounting |
| Timings and offers on glass | Cut lettering or printed decal | Easy to replace later |
| Privacy on a cabin door | Frosted film | Measure the glass, not the frame |
| A promotion for one month | Printed vinyl sticker | Removable options exist, tell us |
A practical note on the outer areas
Roads in newer pockets can be unfinished, and lanes inside layouts are not always easy to find. When you send the order, drop a location pin and a landmark so delivery does not stall at the last turn. A photo of the frontage also lets us check the proof against the real wall.
Rain is worth planning for. During the monsoon, outdoor boards take wind and wet, so ask for a sturdy mounting rather than a thin sheet if the board faces an open road.
When flex is the right call here
A grand opening or a builder’s site banner is a short-term job, and plain flex with eyelets is the faster and lighter choice. Our flex versus vinyl guide shows how to decide.
From Chandni Chowk to the Solapur Road side
We print in the west and deliver to the east, so the route is planned after the proof is approved. For rolled stickers and film, the handover is simple. For mounted boards, a vehicle is arranged and fixing can be organised when the wall or height needs it.
Customers nearer the main market can look at our Hadapsar page, while those working near Undri and Kondhwa have the Kondhwa page.
Labels and stickers for home businesses
Alongside shops, this belt has a lot of home-run businesses: bakers, tiffin services, boutique sellers and small packers. They do not need a hoarding. They need a clean sticker or label with a name, a number and a short line about what they sell. Printed vinyl stickers in round or die-cut shapes suit jars, boxes, carry bags and the back of a scooter.
Ask for a proof at actual size. A logo that looks clear on a phone can turn into a smudge at 2 inches, and the proof is where we catch that.
New shop owners often order the board before they know the final frontage. Measure after the shutter and electrical conduits are in place, not before.
Once you have a name and measurements, ask for a quote and we reply on WhatsApp with price and proof.
