Vinyl printing in Pirangut and the wider Mulshi taluka serves two worlds that sit on the same road. Pirangut has an MIDC industrial area, with manufacturing and processing units clustered around Ghotawade Phata, while further along Paud Road the Mulshi side is known for farmhouses, resorts and garden venues used for weddings and parties. 3 Red Media prints for both at its Chandni Chowk unit, where Paud Road heads out of Pune towards Pirangut.
Vinyl signage for factories and plants in Pirangut
Factory printing is less about advertising and more about information people must see: safety instructions, PPE zones, fire exits, assembly points, visitor rules and department names. These prints are often required by the company’s own safety system or by auditors, so accuracy matters more than style.
| Where in the plant | What is printed | Vinyl that suits it |
|---|---|---|
| Main gate and security cabin | Company name, visitor rules, gate pass instructions | Vinyl on sunboard, or large flex on a frame |
| Shop floor | PPE required, machine safety, no-entry zones | Vinyl on sunboard, screwed to walls or pillars |
| Walkways and storage areas | Lane markings, keep-clear areas, arrows | Floor graphics with an anti-skid laminate |
| Canteen and office | Notices, quality policy, motivational boards | Vinyl stickers or sunboard |
| Machine and tool labels | Asset tags, caution stickers, panel labels | Vinyl stickers cut to size |
If your safety team works from a standard sign list, send it as it is, with the sizes and the language you need (Marathi, Hindi, English or all three). Workers on a shop floor come from many places, and bilingual or trilingual signs are common for that reason. We print to your approved wording; the safety content itself should come from your EHS team.
For signs near machines, oil and dust are the enemy. Ask for a laminate on vinyl prints, so they can be wiped clean without the print rubbing off.
Weddings, farmhouses and resorts on the Mulshi side
Out towards Mulshi, the work changes completely. Garden lawns, farmhouses and resort venues host weddings, engagements, haldi and mehendi functions, corporate offsites and birthday weekends. Each event needs a welcome board at the entrance, a stage backdrop, direction signs from the main road, and often a photo-booth frame.
Direction signs matter more here than in the city, because many venues are off the main road and phone signal can be patchy. Put a sign at every turn from Paud Road, with the family name or event name in large letters, printed on vinyl and sunboard so it stands up to wind. Our pages on wedding banner printing and event backdrops cover the layouts.
Shops and services in Pirangut town
Pirangut’s own market, along the main road, serves both the factory workforce and the villages around it: hardware and electrical shops, mobile stores, eateries, clinics, agricultural supply shops and vehicle workshops. These businesses want boards that are readable from the busy road and tough enough for dust kicked up by trucks. A darker background with light lettering tends to hide road dust better than a pure white board, and a vinyl face that can be wiped down will look newer for longer. Workshops also order vehicle vinyl for their own pickups and service vans.
Monsoon on the Mulshi side
Mulshi lies towards the Western Ghats and gets far heavier rain than central Pune from June to September, along with strong gusts. Vinyl on sunboard should be sealed at the edges and fixed to a frame. Where a big banner is needed, flex with eyelets close together and firm tying is the practical choice, and anything large should be on a frame. Indoor halls are a safer choice for photo-heavy prints during the rains.
Getting vinyl to Pirangut and beyond
Our unit is at the city end of Paud Road, so deliveries simply follow the road west through Bhugaon towards Pirangut and Ghotawade Phata, and further on to the Mulshi venues. For factories, tell us the gate and the security procedure, since most plants need the vendor’s name and vehicle number in advance. For farmhouses and resorts, share a map pin and the name of the venue manager.
Pirangut and the Mulshi villages are outside the PMC, so permissions for roadside signs go through the local gram panchayat or the relevant local authority; ask there before putting anything up on a public road. The same work is delivered to Bavdhan and the Paud Road side of Kothrud. To get started, send your list or event details for a quote.
