Moshi is where the Pune International Exhibition and Convention Centre (PIECC) sits, alongside Moshi Pradhikaran, industrial units and a growing residential belt. Vinyl printing in Moshi therefore covers three different kinds of job: exhibition graphics, factory and godown signage, and the shops and societies that serve local residents. 3 Red Media prints vinyl at Chandni Chowk, Pune and delivers to all three.
Exhibition season: vinyl that has to be ready by a fixed date
Trade shows at the convention centre come with a hard deadline: the doors open on a day that does not move. Stall graphics are usually ordered late and needed early, so planning matters more than anything else.
Exhibitors typically order a mix of items. A stall fascia with the company name, a back wall graphic, floor vinyl at the entrance, product labels and counter-front panels are the usual ones. Our exhibition stall printing page covers how a stall is put together.
- Send the stall layout drawing with exact measurements in feet, including any pillars.
- Check the organiser’s rules for stall height and wall material before finalising the design.
- Ask for an extra copy of items that get damaged in handling, such as floor vinyl.
- Plan delivery to the venue gate or set-up day, and confirm the access time with your organiser.
Floor vinyl at stalls and shows
Floor graphics work well at the entrance to a stall, where footfall slows down. They need a clean, smooth floor and a surface that will not mark when removed, so tell us the flooring type. Many show halls allow only certain adhesives, so check with the organiser first.
Industrial units around Moshi
Moshi Pradhikaran has factories, warehouses and logistics yards. Signs here are practical: unit numbers, caution and PPE panels, direction arrows, bay markings and name boards at the gate. Cut or printed vinyl on a flat sheet takes care of most of these.
| Where | Vinyl job | Tip |
|---|---|---|
| Gate | Company and unit name board | Big letters, high contrast |
| Shop floor | Safety panels, floor arrows | Clean, dry floor only |
| Warehouse | Bay numbers, aisle signs | Cut vinyl in a bold font |
| Office | Reception lettering, glass film | Match the company logo colours |
| Vehicles | Door names and numbers | Wash before fixing |
Shops and societies
Away from the exhibition area, Moshi has new housing and local retail: groceries, clinics, salons and small cafés. They need what shops everywhere need: a board, a bit of glass lettering and stickers. The sign board printing page is a good starting point, and frosted film is popular for clinics and salons.
Delivery to Moshi
Moshi is on the Nashik Phata side of PCMC, a fair distance from our unit in Chandni Chowk. We confirm the delivery plan on WhatsApp after the proof is approved, and for exhibition work we ask for the exact date you need the stall ready, since that sets the schedule. Fixing can be arranged where needed.
For nearby areas see Chikhali and Bhosari.
Handling and storage before the show
Printed vinyl is light but easy to crease. Rolled prints should be kept flat and upright in a cool, dry place, not folded or stacked under other cartons. On set-up day, keep a spare squeegee, a cutter, masking tape and a small cleaning cloth with your stall kit, because small fixes on site are common.
If your stall wall is modular, send the panel sizes rather than the overall wall size, so the graphic can be split to match the joins. Matching the seams to the panels makes the finished stall look much cleaner.
Residents of the new housing near the Moshi Pradhikaran side order the same practical signs seen elsewhere in PCMC, such as lobby numbers, notice headers and parking labels. If your society is also hosting a small event or fair, a temporary vinyl backdrop and a few directional floor arrows keep visitors moving without extra staff.
If you are exhibiting, order floor vinyl and wall graphics together so the colours and the proof match each other.
